Processing Time All orders are handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time; this will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Customs & Import Fees International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Ravenwood Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
